Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the TaskSavi Android application (the “App”), provided by ShiravixTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). TaskSavi helps you manage tasks, bills, warranties, shopping lists, reminders, and related records.

1. Information you provide

You may enter task names, notes, dates and times, bills and payment information, warranty information, shopping lists, categories, and other content. This information may contain personal or sensitive details depending on what you choose to enter.

2. Where your records are stored

On-device storage

Your core records are stored in the App's private storage on your device. TaskSavi does not upload these records to a TaskSavi account or cloud synchronization service. The App excludes its database and preferences from Android system cloud backup and device transfer.

Manual backups

A manual backup is created only when you request it and choose a destination through Android's document picker. The backup is not encrypted by TaskSavi and may contain personal information from your records. You are responsible for protecting and deleting exported backup files from the storage location you select.

3. Advertising, consent, and analytics

Ad-supported screens use Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising.

TaskSavi uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent or provide privacy choices where required. Your available choices depend on your region. You can reopen applicable advertising privacy choices from the App's settings when Google indicates that a privacy-options entry point is required.

The App also uses Firebase Analytics to understand general feature usage and app performance. Firebase Analytics may collect app interactions, device and app information, identifiers, and approximate location information. This information helps us understand and improve the App.

4. Voice entry

When you choose voice entry, TaskSavi opens the speech-recognition service selected on your Android device. That provider may receive audio and related information according to its own privacy policy. TaskSavi receives the recognized text so that you can review or edit it and does not intentionally retain the audio recording.

5. Permissions and device features

Depending on the features you use, TaskSavi may use:

• Notifications to deliver reminders and status actions.
• Boot completion to restore scheduled reminders after the device restarts.
• Display over other apps only when you enable the optional floating Quick Add control.
• Files and documents you select for manual backup import or export.
• Network access and advertising ID for advertising, consent, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your TaskSavi records. Information may be processed by service providers only when needed for the features described above, including Google Play services, Google Mobile Ads, the User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, your selected speech-recognition provider, and storage providers you select for manual backups.

When you deliberately use Android's sharing feature, the content you select is sent to the app or person you choose.

7. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Completed records may have retention information shown in the App; you may manually delete completed or expired records. Manual backup files remain in the destination you selected until you delete them.

8. Security

TaskSavi uses Android private app storage to protect its local records. No storage method is completely secure. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or an exported unencrypted backup may be able to access your records.

9. Children's privacy

TaskSavi is a general productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

10. International processing

Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies and applicable safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when TaskSavi's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are published.
